Data protection and the protection of your personal data has top priority for us. In the following we inform you about the processing of your personal data on our website. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) valid until 24.05.2018, the Telemedia Act (TMG) and the Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) valid from 25.05.2018 as well as the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu).

2.     Processing personal related data on our website

For a visit of and retrieval of information from our website it is not required that you transfer personal related data.

If you use this possibility, the entered data in the input mask is saved and transferred to us. Following data will be collected:

The data sent to us via the form is encrypted.

Alternatively, it is possible to approach us via the provided Email address. In this case, the personal related data of the user transferred via the Email is stored.

 

2.4. Pupose and legal ground for data processing

Processing personal related data from the input mask has only the purpose to process the contact request. In case of a contact request via Email processing the data is the necessary authorized interest.

Legal ground for processing this data transferred via Email, is article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR. If the goal of contact via email is the completion of a contract, further legal ground for data processing can be found in article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GPDR.

 

2.5. Duration of data storage

Contact form: If the purpose for data storage is forfeited, the personal related data will be disabled or deleted as long as statutory storage obligations are not infringed.

 

2.6. Receiver or categories of receivers of data as long as data is transferred

Within the company all departments receive your data which need it to fullfil your request.

There is no data transfer to non-member states and this is also not planned for the future.

Information generated by cookies about your user behaviour on this website including parts of your IP address are transferred to and stored on server from Google in the USA. Google does not connect in any case your IP address with other information of Google.
